摘要:
以苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯作为主要单体, 甲基丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为必要成分, 采用过硫酸盐作引发剂, 在乳化剂 作用下进行聚合制得苯丙乳液。通过正交实验和综合评分的方法, 研究了多元苯丙乳液体系的聚合方式、共聚单体、软/ 硬单 体配比、乳化剂用量、引发剂用量和聚合温度对乳液性能的影响, 确定了制备苯丙乳液的最佳工艺参数, 由其配制的水性防锈 涂料性能优良。
Abstract:
To meet the needs of environmental pro tection and marketing , a new waterborne antirust coating was developed. Emulsion is prepared by emulsified polymer ization, in which styrene and n- Butyl acr ylate were used as the main mo nomers, methacr ylic acid and methyl methacr ylate w ere used as necessary compo nents, ammonium persulfate used as init iator. By means of orthogonal testing and overall mer it assessment , the influence of polymerization process of the multiple styrene/ acr ylic emulsion system, mo nomers for copoly merization, ratio of hard/ soft and temperature of reaction on the emulsion properties were studied. The optimum emulsion polymerization technology parameters were determined, which can formulate a waterborne antirust coating with excellent properties.
