在膜接触器天然气脱硫实验平台上以N - 甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA) 水溶液为吸收剂, 采用疏水性聚丙烯中空纤维膜 ( HFPPM) 作为膜接触器, 利用膜基吸收技术对天然气中的H2S 进行脱除实验研究。实验结果表明: 膜基吸收技术可以有效的 达到天然气脱硫的目的, 调节操作参数, 可以使脱硫率达到99 %以上; 提高吸收液的浓度和流量可以同时增加H2S 的脱除率η 和H2S 总传质系数K; 进气流量的增大降低了η, K 反而增大; 进气压力的增大可以提高η, 同时提高了K; 原料气中H2S 浓 度增加导致η下降, 同时降低了K; 吸收液循环利用次数的增加降低了H2S 的脱除率。为膜基吸收技术在脱除天然气中的H2S 的应用提供了依据。
Abstract:
H2 S was removed from natural gas by membrane - base absorption technology on the experiment platform with MDEA solution being selected as the absorption and hydrop hobic polyacrylic hollow fiber membrane ( HFPPM) being selected as a contactor . The experiment results showed that membrane - base absorption technology can meet the requirement of removing sulf ur from natural gas economically. The f ractional removal of H2 S can get to 99 % when operating parameter was adjusted. ηand K increase with increasing concent ration and flow rates of the absorbent ; ηdecreases when the inlet gas flow increases , however , K increases ; ηand K increase at the same time when inlet gas pressure increases ; increasing H2 S concent ration in the inlet gas leads to a reduction inηand K; t he f ractional removal of H2 S decreases with increasing absorbent recycle number . The research can provide direction to the application of membrane - base absorption technology in removal of sulfur from natural gas.
