摘要:
生物表面活性剂的检测方法主要有: 液滴坍塌法、排油圈法和血平板法。由于排油圈法具有简单、快速的特点, 在实验 室中常常被应用, 但各批次实验之间由于油膜厚度不同, 导致结果可比性差。研究发现排油圈直径不仅与生物表面活性剂浓度 有关, 还与油膜厚度相关。实验数据利用SAS 810 软件进行二元线性回归, 得到预测模型: Y = - 100105 + 2 391149 X1 + 154119 X2 , R2 = 01968 5 , 得到的预测方程能有效预测表面活性剂浓度的大小, 提高了各批次实验之间结果的可比性。
Abstract:
There are three main methods , drop collapse , oil spreading , and blood agar lysis , to detect biosurfactant production. The oil spreading technique is an easy and quick method. It is frequently applied in the laboratory. However , because the thickness of different test is dissimilar , the results of oil spreading are unable to contrast . The study showed that the curve of the diameter of clear zone was in linear correlation with the concent ration of the biosurfactant and the thickness of oil. All data were processed with software SAS 810. The gained predicting equation was Y = - 100105 + 2 391149 X1 + 154119 X2 , R2 = 0.968 5. The gained predicting equation of regression could predict the concent ration of biosurfactant . The result commeasurability of eachset of experiment was enhanced.
