摘要:
以六甲基亚胺为模板剂, 静态水热晶化法合成了MCM -56 分子筛, 通过X-射线衍射、N2 等温吸附等方法对样品进行 表征。当硅铝比低于20 时易生成MCM -49 和丝光沸石, 加入少量碱能提高分子筛的相对结晶度, 最佳合成温度为135 ~ 150 ℃, 时间分别为3 天。考察了MCM -56 对苯和长链烯烃烷基化反应的催化活性, 并与MCM -22 进行了对比。实验表明, 在最佳反应温度120 ℃时, 烯烃的转化率为29.35 %, 烷基苯(LAB) 的选择性为98.22 %, MCM -56 的催化活性明显低于 MCM -22。
Abstract:
MCM -56 zeolites with hex amethy lenimine as organic template were sy nthesized by using hydrothermal static crystallzation method and were characterized by X -ray diff ract ion and N2 adsorption isotherms .The experiment indicated that MCM -49 and mordenite molecular sieve were produced when the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 was below 20 and the crystallinity w as enhanced with the addition of a small amount of NaOH .The optimal preparation temperature w as 135 -150 ℃, the reaction time was 3 days .The cataly tic activity of MCM -56 was investigated and w as compared with that of MCM -22 for the alkylation of benzene with long -chain alkenes .The experiments showed that the conversion of 1 -dodecene was 29.35 %, the selectivity of LAB was 98.22 %while the optimal reaction temperature was 120 ℃ and the catalytic activity of MCM -56 was lower than that of MCM -22 for the alky lation of benzene with long -chain alkenes.
