摘要:
通过构建基于建筑结构安全和使用安全的施工质量控制指标体系, 实施了针对建筑安全性能影响因素的调查, 采用相对 重要度的计算方法, 对调查数据进行了处理, 获得了建筑工程项目进程中各个单元、系统的相对重要度。通过相对重要度计算 得到, 地基基础对建筑安全的影响最大。该指标体系同已有的GB/ T 50375- 2006 评价体系进行比较, 更加适合建筑物一般性 安全评价的要求, 突出了建筑安全性能的首要原则, 为建筑工程施工过程中保证建筑安全性能提供了科学、客观的评价依据。
Abstract:
Quality control index in construction, based on the safety of const ruction configuration and use was established. A study of the factors that affect construction safety performance was designed and carried out. The computing method of relative importance was adopted to obtain the relativ e importance of every cell and system of construction. It gives prominence to the chief principle of the construction safety and offers the scientific foundation for guaranteeing the construction safety performance in the couurse of const ruct ion.
