采用草酸二乙酯、 Ce ( N O 3 ) 3 # 6H 2O、 Y ( N O3 ) 3 # 6H 2 O 为出发原料, 以 尿素为 pH 调节剂 达到了 Ce 3+ 、 Y3 + 的均 相 共沉淀。 重点考察尿素对溶液 pH 以及形成的粒子形貌的影响。 实 验表明 : 体系的 pH 随温度 的升高由于草酸 二乙酯、 金属 离 子 的水解作用加强而下降。 尿素的水解一方面促进了 草酸二乙酯的水解, 另一方面提高了 沉淀形成的环境 pH 。 在尿素添加量 x = 0~ 351 5 (x : 尿素与草酸二乙酯的摩尔分数) 的情况下, 体系升温前及发生沉淀时的 pH 均随 x 的增大 而上升。 经扫描电 子 显微镜观察, 发现生成的草酸盐 及相 应的氧 化物 颗粒 大小均 随 x 的增大 而减 小, 由 x = 0 时 约 10 Lm 下降 到 x = 351 5 时 约 01 5 Lm。 沉淀物经 500 e , 1 h 热处理后, 得到的氧化物经 X - 射线 衍射仪的 结晶相分 析表明为 Y 固溶 C eO 2, 其 结晶粒径 为 91 2 nm。
Abstract:
Oxalate solid solution was obtained in a mixed aqueous solution system of diethyl oxalate, cerium nitrate and yttrium nitrate with urea as pH adjuster by homogenous precipitation. It was found that the pH of the mixed solution system decreased with increasing temperature because of increased hydroly sis of the diethyl oxalate and Ce3+ , Y 3+ ion. The hydrolys is of the urea not only promoted the hydrolys is of the diethyl oxalate but also increased the pH of the mixed solution. Both the pH values before heating and at the precipitation increased with increasing x ( x : mole ratio of urea to diethyl ox alate ) when the x is in the range of 0- 3 5. 5. The SEM observ ation indicated that the precipitate and its corresponding average oxide particle size decreased from about 10 Lm to 0.5 Lm with x increasing fro m 0 to 35.5. The XRD analysis of the oxide from the precipitate by heating at 500 e for 1 h indicated that the oxide was Y doped CeO2 with crystal size 9. 2 nm.
