摘要:
警情分析是应急系统正确、 迅速、 有效地处理应急事件, 减少事故损失的关键, 直接关系到人民的生 命财产安全和社 会的稳定。 以接处警单元可靠性框图为基础, 分析了 警情分析的隐性失误和显性失误, 构建了 单一、 并联和表 决逻辑的警情分 析的可靠度及失误率的计算模型。 对取自 常州的实例进行了 整理, 获取了 警情分析的隐性失误和显性失误数值 并代入警情分析 模型, 认为 3 选 2 表决逻辑的警情分析结构可以降低隐性失误率和显性失误率, 并据此提出了 提高应急系统警 情分析可靠性的 具体措施。
Abstract:
A larm analysis is the key step in City Em erg ency System, by which we can deal with emergencies properly, quickly , effectively in the cr itical moment, and reduce the loss in accidents . It concerns thesafety of the peoplecs life and property and the stability of society. Based on the reliability frame in cells ofreceiving and disposing of alarm, the authors analyzed the recessive and dominance fault. The calculationmodel of reliability and fault rate of alarm analysis is establis hed. It has three logical connecting: single,shunt- wound and voting . Based on the example in Changzhou, the numerical value of recessive and dom-inance fault rate was obtained. It suggests that the 2- out- o f- 3 voting logical structure can reduce recess ive and dominance fault rate. A ccording to the above, measures to improve the reliability of alarm analys is in emergency system were put forward.
