以CaCl2作为沉淀剂,处理冶金萃取废水脱除SO2-4离子,当原水ρ(SO2-4)为103.0 g/L,投加ρ(CaCl2)为82.18 g/L,出水ρ(SO2-4)最低880 mg/L,去除率在99.15%; 回收CaSO4纯度95%-98%,经沉淀处理后的上清液在pH=11.2,极板间距为7 mm,电解时间60 min,获得氯离子质量浓度为3 200 mg/L,氢氧根为40 g/L的回用水,完全满足了回用要求。
Abstract:
Using calcium chloride as the precipitating agent, sulfate radical can be removed from waste water of metallurgical extraction. When theconcentration of sulfate radical in the raw water was 103.0 g/L and calcium chloride added was 82.18 g/L, the minimum concentration of sulfateradical in effluent reached 88 mg/L,99.15% removal rate and 95%-98% purity of calcium sulfate recovered was also completed. At the same time,supernatantpH after precipitation treatment was 11.2,the distance of polar board 7 mm,and electrolytic time 60 min.Finally, the concentration of chloridion and hydroxy radical respectively were 3 200 mg/L,40 g/L,which satisfied the demand of reuse.
