摘要:
采用扫描电镜、透射电镜技术,研究轧制工艺对氢分离V55Ti30Ni15合金显微组织的影响。轧制前的热处理和轧制温度对轧制态合金显微组织和性能有很大影响。研究结果表明:热处理提高了合金的单道次极限轧制率,不同轧制温度单道次极限轧制率相比于铸态合金提高量均在30%以上。合金在中温下轧制其组织发生软化,随温度升高轧制变形抗力降低,单道次轧制压下量增加,钒基体和NiTi相的塑性随之提高,变形后显微组织更加均匀。
Abstract:
The effect of rolling processing on microstructures of V55Ti30Ni15alloys for hydrogen separation has been investigated by using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. Heat treatment before rolling and rolling temperature has a great influence on the rolled microstructures and properties of V55Ti30Ni15 alloys. The percent reductions in thickness per pass of the alloys have been improved by heat treatment, the values of percent reduction in thickness of the heat-treated alloys were up to 30% higher than those of the as-cast alloys at different rolling temperatures. Rolling deformation resistance decreases and rolling reduction per pass increases with increasing temperature due to microstructure softening when the alloys have been warm rolling, and the deforming abilities of V-matrix and NiTi phases has been improved, microstructures are more uniform after deformation.
