摘要:
有机/无机杂化钙钛矿电池由于效率迅速提升而在世界范围内备受关注,其中研究最多的是CH3NH3PbI3。虽然CH3NH3PbI3多晶薄膜作为光吸收层,在太阳能电池中表现出优异的性能,但是针对CH3NH3PbI3多晶薄膜铁电光伏性能的研究鲜有报道。在载玻片和掺氟二氧化锡透明导电膜上沉积了高结晶度的CH3NH3PbI3薄膜,在标准光照射下,横向和纵向测试了CH3NH3PbI3薄膜的光电性能。通过测试得到较高的开路电压,说明了在光照射下,CH3NH3PbI3薄膜自身表现出明显的铁电光伏性能,这对有机/无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池的研究有着一定的参考和借鉴意义。
Abstract:
Hybrid organic/inorganic halide perovskites have attracted significant attention owing to their rapid progress in photovoltaic properties, and much research has been paid on the CH3NH3PbI3as the most important material. Although the CH3NH3PbI3 polycrystalline film has excellent properties as the light absorption layer, few reports demonstrate the ferroelectric photoelectric property of it.The CH3NH3PbI3polycrystalline film with high crystallinity was deposited on FTO and glass, the photoelectric properties by horizontal test and vertical test under the standard illumination were measured. The open voltage were higher, they indicated that the CH3NH3PbI3 film had the great ferroelectric photovoltaic performance under illumination, which will provide suggestions to the research of the perovskite solar cells.
