摘要:
研究了以HP -1 大口径毛细管分离, 不分流进样, 气相色谱法测定巯基乙酸异辛酯的分析方法, 确定了最佳色谱条件。 该方法具有操作简单、快速、准确、重现性好等优点。方法的加标回收率在98.1 %~ 101.4 %, 相对标准偏差R sd为0.87 %。
Abstract:
A rapid and high performance gas -chromatog raphic method fo r the determination of Isoocty l Mercaptoacetate (TGE)has been developed .Ethy l Benzoate w as used as the internal standard .Gas -chromatog raphic analy sis was made by using HP -1 wide -bore capillary column and FID detector .Temperature Prog ramming w as run from 180 ℃ to 260 ℃;the f low rate of N2 carrier gas w as 40 mL/min .All component s and internal standard were separated in 13 mins .The method is simple , rapid and accurate .The results w ith g ood linearity (r =0.998 3)had been obtained , and coef ficient of variation was 0.87 %.The recoveries of the method were 98.1 %-101.4 %.
