摘要:
采用中空纤维超滤膜对染料生产废水进行了处理, 考察了不同的过程参数(包括膜截留分子量, 操作压力, 流量, 操作 方式, 预过滤) 对膜通量及渗透液水质的影响。经超滤后废水的色度和COD 值均有明显降低, 达到国家排放标准。同时对膜 清洗进行了初步研究, 合适的清洗剂是:0.8 %EDTA (用碱调至pH =10.0)。
Abstract:
The treatment of dye wastewater using hollow -fiber ult ra -filt ration membranes was preliminarily studied in this paper .The effect s of process parameters , including MWCO of membranes , transmembrane pressure , cross -flow velocity , feed concent ration and pret reatment , on membrane flux and permeating propert ies w ere investigated .The resul ts show that the COD and color of the permeated water af ter ult ra -filtration process decreased dramatically and are low enough to meet the national discharging standard .The chemical cleaning of membranes w as also investig ated in this paper , and the optimum cleaning agent is 0.8 %EDTA solution (pH =10.0 , controlled by cleaning pow der).
