摘要:
报道了水溶液中β -环糊精主体与二取代苯客体包结过程的可见光谱研究结果。实验测定出不同温度下β -环糊精主体和 不同二取代苯客体间包结过程的平衡常数及298 K 时包结过程的热力学函数变量, 结果表明, 苯环取代基的疏水性及客体的几 何构型对主客体间的包结作用存在重要影响。
Abstract:
The Vis research result of binding processes of host β -cyclodext rin and guest di -substituted benzenes in aqueous solution is repo rted in this article .Equilibrium constants under varied temperature and thermody namic functio n variables under 298 K of the binding processes w ere determined by the ex periment .It show s that the hydrophobici ty of varied aromatic substi tuted g roup and the configurat ion of guest have played an important role in the binding interaction betw een host and guest .
