摘要:
从驯化的污泥中分离得到菌株1 和菌株2 , 对4 种邻苯二甲酸酯进行生物降解性研究, 获得了其降解速率常数(k b) 、米 氏常数( Km) 和最大速率常数( vmax) 。结果表明, 4 种化合物的降解符合一级动力学模型。菌株1 对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯 (DMP) 和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DnBP) 生物降解的k b、Km、vmax分别为: 0.154 h - 1、484.1 mg·L - 1和95.2 mg·L - 1·h - 1 ; 0.007 9 h - 1 、5 752.7 mg·L - 1和48.8
Abstract:
Research of four Phthalic Acid Esters′(PAEs) biodegradation was carried out with two strains separated f rom the acclimated sludge. The constant of biodegradation velocity ( kb) , Km of Michaelis - Menten equation , and the maximum velocity of biodegradation ( vmax ) were obtained. The result s showed that four PAEs’biodegradation could be described by first - order kinetics equations. Dimethyl Phthalate (DMP) was biodegraded more rapidly than Dibutyl Phthalate ( DnBP ) by st rain 1. Their kb , Km and vmax were 0.154 h - 1 , 484.1 mg·L - 1 and 95.2 mg·L - 1·h - 1 ; 0.007 9 h - 1 , 5 752.7 mg·L - 1 and 48.8 mg·L - 1·h - 1 . Diheptyl Phthalate (DiHP) and Dioctyl Phthalate (DnOP) have the similar biodegradation efficiency by St rain 2. Their kb , Km and vmax were 0.022 4 h - 1 , 715.4 mg ·L - 1 and 23.0 mg ·L - 1 ·h - 1 ; 0.022 7 h - 1 , 517.2 mg·L - 1 and 16.9 mg·L - 1·h - 1 .
