摘要:
采用溶胶凝胶法和掺杂子Fe3+ 修饰技术, 制备高活性光催化剂TiO2 用以降解苯酚废水。试验考察了催化剂制备条件如 R 值、Fe3+ 含量、焙烧温度和焙烧时间等因素对催化剂活性的影响, 结果表明T iO2 焙烧温度为650 ℃?? , R = 10, Fe3+ 质量分 数为3.5%, 焙烧时间为2 h 时, 催化剂的活性最高。将在此条件下制得的TiO2 光催化降解甲醛废水, 试验发现催化剂长期使 用后有失活现象, 经再生处理后催化活性得到较大程度的恢复。
Abstract:
The photocatalyst was prepared w ith sol- gel method and modified with Fe3+ . It was used to decompose formaldehyde. Some preparation conditions that have effects on titanium dioxides activity have been studied. It indicated that the photocatalyst performed a relative higher activity and longer lifet ime w hen R = 50 and the doping Fe 3+ was at 3.5w t% and it was sintered at 650℃?? for 2 hours. T iO2 was found deact ivat ion after long- term use in ox idat ion of formaldehyde. The act ivated photocatalyst was treated in NaOH solution and its activity could almost completely recover.
