摘要:
炼油厂的恶臭污染问题正在成为环保领域的一个重要研究课题。对炼油厂生活区恶臭问题进行了统计分析, 探寻风向、 风速、天气、季节和生产故障等因素对生活区恶臭的影响的规律, 认为生活区恶臭与炼油厂有一定的关系, 在北风或偏北风、 风速为1 ~ 4.5 m/ s , 在秋冬季节的晴天或小雨的气象情况下, 因生产故障引起的炼油厂的无组织排放能加剧生活区恶臭污染。
Abstract:
The environmental problem caused by the odor pollution in the refinery plants has attracted more attention recent ly .In this paper , the ordo r pollution of the living area in Nanjing refinery plant was statistically analy zed .Moreover , the influence of wind direction , wind speed , weather , seasons and the breakdown in production on the living area′s ordor pollution is discussed .It was shown that under the condition of the north o r partially north wind di rection , and when wind speed ranged from 1 m/s to 4.5 m/s , with fine or lig ht rain in autumn or winter , odor fugitive emission resulting from the breakdown in the work of the refinery plant can result in serious odor pollution of living area .
