摘要:
建立汽油装罐蒸发损耗测试平台, 测定装油口高度、装油速度u 对油罐气体空间油气浓度、罐口排气量的影响, 并计算 出油罐装油排放气液比λ及损耗率η。实验结果表明, 当u 从0.512 mm/ s 到0.75 mm/ s , 高装油口装油时采样点T1 油气浓度 CT1从0.34 g/ L 到1.5 g/ L , 之后逐渐平缓; 低装油口装油时, u 对CT1影响不大, 约为0.1 g/ L 。当u 从0.557 mm/ s 到1.114 mm/ s 时, 高装油口装油时λ为1.53~1.80 , 低装油口装油时λ为1.13~1.30。当u 从01371 mm/ s 到1.114 mm/ s 时, 高装 油口装油时η为0.51 ‰~3.51 ‰, 低装油口装油时η为0.27 ‰~0.31 ‰。对于未清洗油罐, 如当罐内初始油气浓度为0.3 g/ L 时, 高装油口装油时η为0173 ‰~3180 ‰, 低装油口装油时η为0.40 ‰~0.47 ‰。实验结果可供生产实践作参考。
Abstract:
An experimental system of evaporation loss in loading gasoline into a tank was built up to investigate gasoline vapor concent ration of gas space inside the tank and the volumet ric displacement of the vapor - air mix2 ture f rom the tank affected by the location of gasoline exit inside the tank and the loading speed u , and the vol2 umet ric ratio λof the displacement mixture gas to the loaded gasoline and the qualitative ratio ηof the gasoline evaporation loss to the gasoline were calculated. The test result showed that with u from 0.512 mm/ s to 0.75 mm/ s , the vapor concent ration CT1 from the sampling T1 rises from 0.34 g/ L to 1.5 g/ L and then slightly for high exit , but CT1≈0.1 g/ L for low exit ;and that with u f rom 0.557 mm/ s to 1.114 mm/ s , λis in 1.53 - 1.80 and 1.13 - 1.30 for high/ low exit respectively ; and that with u f rom 0.371 mm/ s to 1.114 mm/ s , ηis in 0.51 ‰- 3.51 ‰and 0.27 ‰- 0.31 ‰for high/ low exit respectively , but the η rises to 0.73 ‰- 3.80 ‰ and 0.40 ‰- 0.47 ‰ respectively in gasoline loaded into the“uncleaned”tank with initial vapor concent ration 013 g/ L in the tank gas space. The result can provide base references and guides for the enterprise manager.
