摘要:
采用碱化活性污泥吸附去除Cu2+ 、Zn2+ 、Cd2+ 、Pb2+ 4 种重金属离子, 研究了pH、污泥投加量、吸附时间、重金属离 子质量浓度4 种影响因素对碱化活性污泥吸附去除上述4 种重金属离子的影响。实验结果表明: 经碱化的活性污泥的吸附量增 大, 投加量相对减小, 且达到吸附饱和的时间明显缩短。在最佳试验条件下, 碱化活性污泥对Cu2+ 、Zn2+ 、Cd2+ 、Pb2+ 都能 达到较好的去除效果, 去除率大小顺序为: Cu2+ > Pb2+ > Cd2+ > Zn 2+ , 碱化活性污泥对Cu2+ 的去除率达到90%左右。
Abstract:
Treat ing wastewater containing copper ion ( Ο一,七 ) , zinc ion ( Ο一,七 ) , Cadmium ion ( Ο一,七 ) and lead ( Ο一,七 ) by adsorption of alkalized active sludge, the ef fects on heavy metal ion by adsorption of alkalized active sludge have been studied under different conditions of the value of pH, sludge amounts, adsorptive time, concentrat ion of heavy metals. The result s show that adsorptive capacity of alkalized active sludge increases, addition reduces relat ively and adsorpt ive saturation time shortens. In optimum experimental condit ion, alkalized active sludge has the better removal rate for treat ing copper ion ( Ο一,七 ) , zinc ion ( Ο一,七 ) , Cadmium ion ( Ο一,七 ) and lead ( Ο一,七 ) , the size order of removal rates is Cu 2+ > Pb 2+ > Cd 2+ > Zn 2+ , alkalized active sludge has best removal rate w hich is up to about 90% and stability for t reating copper ion ( Ο一,七 ) .
