摘要:
在Mg- Al- Ca- Ti 合金中添加稀土元素钇( Y) 获得含稀土的铸造镁合金。通过X 射线衍射物相分析、显微组织观察 和显微硬度的测试, 探寻稀土元素Y 对铸态镁合金相结构、组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明, 加入一定量的稀土元素Y 改变 了铸造Mg- Al- Ca- Ti 合金的组织形态与相结构, 微量稀土元素Y 影响Al- Mg- Ca- T i 合金中第二相的数量、形态和分 布, 显著提高合金的显微硬度, 有望改进铸造镁合金的室温和高温力学性能。
Abstract:
As- cast magnesium alloy containing Y was obtained by adding Y to Mg- Al- Ca- T i allo y. The effect of small amounts of yttrium additions on phases, microstructure and har dness of magnesiumbased al loys w as invest igated by X- r ay diffraction, microstructure investigation and Vickers?? hardness measurement . The results showed that the micro structure of the as- cast magnesium alloy was changed by the addition of yttrium. the amo unt, mor phology and distribution of the precipitated phases were mod-i f ied. And the Vickers?? hardness increased. It is expected that the mechanical properties of the mag nesium alloy at room and high temperature may be improved.
