摘要:
以大豆油和甲醇为原料在KOH催化下制备生物柴油。研究认为随反应温度、反应时间、醇/油物质的量比和催化剂用量增加,生物柴油中总甘油含量减少;随水分和游离脂肪酸含量增加,生物柴油中总甘油含量先增加较慢后增加较快。从生物柴油中总甘油含量考虑,将最佳反应温度、反应时间、醇/油物质的量比和催化剂用量分别选择在50℃、60 min、6∶1和植物油质量的1.2%。
Abstract:
Methyle sters (biodiesel)were produced by transesterification of soybean oil with methanol in the presence of cataly st (KOH).It has been found that totalgly cerin in the biodiesel decreases as reaction temperature , reaction time , molar ratio of methanol to oil and cataly st concent ration increase ;total glycerin increases as water and oil acid are added .The optimum conditions were obtained for the transesterification on the basis of totalgly cerin :reaction temperature 50 ℃, reaction t ime 60 min , usage amount of KOH 1.2 % of soy bean oil and molar ratio of methanol to oil 6 ∶1 .
