摘要:
研究了聚丙烯(PP) 超声波溶胀悬浮接枝聚苯乙烯(PS), 考察了聚丙烯牌号、溶胀方法、溶胀时间、反应时间、反应 温度、引发剂浓度等对接枝率的影响。结果表明, 最佳接枝条件为:PP/ S t (质量比) =1/ 1 , 过氧化苯甲酰(BPO) 用量为St 的1.0 %, 60 ℃超声波溶胀0.5 h , 再在90 ℃下反应6 h 。
Abstract:
The suspension grafting of styrene (St)on to polypropylene (PP)by swelling of ultrasonic wave has been studied .The effects of types of poly propy lene (PP), swelling time , reaction time , reaction temperature and concent ration of BPO on the grafting ratio have been examined .The better experimental conditions include PP/St =1/1 , BPO 1.0 %, 60 ℃ sw elling in ultrasonic wave for 0.5 hour and reacting for 6 hours at 90 ℃.
