摘要:
设计了3 种具有不同界面相互作用的PP/ POE/ BaSO4三元复合体系, SEM 观察证明三元复合体系中形成了两种形态结构, 即完全分离结构与核壳包覆结构。采用拉伸屈服强度定量表征了界面相互作用的强弱, 研究了界面相互作用对三元复合体系拉伸断裂形态的影响。研究结果表明, 体系的界面相互作用对其拉伸屈服强度和断裂伸长率具有明显影响。
Abstract:
Three kinds of polypropy lene/ ethylene- octene copolymer/ barium sulfate ( PP/ POE/ BaSO4 ternary composites) with dif ferent interfacial interactions were designed. Two families of phase structure were confirmed through SEM i1e1 separated morphology and core-shell inclusions. Tensiley ieldst rength was used to quantitatively evaluate the interfacial interactions, which have significant influence on the tensile fracture morphology of the composites.
